We have the remote learning plans ready for all students. These plans will be available for pick up from Southwood beginning Tuesday morning, March 17th . Your child's teacher will be contacting you today to ask if you will be able to pick up the plans from Southwood. Pick up will begin at 7:00 am on Tuesday morning and run until 6:00 pm on Tuesday evening.
If your child rides a bus in the afternoon, we can deliver the learning plans. The buses will leave the lot at 9:00 am on Tuesday morning to deliver the plans to their afternoon bus riders. Please watch for the bus so that you can collect the learning plans. If your child's plans are being brought by the bus, you can contact your child's teacher for an approximate time.
The remote learning plans can be accessed on our school website. You can access these plans by going to the Parents/Students Tab. Once clicking on this tab, scroll down until you see "Southwood Elementary Remote Learning Lesson Plans 2020". From there, you will see a link that will take you to a folder that you can access remote lesson plans organized by grade level. However, there are additional materials that need to be picked up to complete the plans. It is very important that each child receives a copy of these plans.
