About Me
Hello! I am Mrs. Sunny. I teach STEM, formerly known as 21st Century. This class falls within your student's enrichment rotation. STEM- represents science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Which are four important fields that help us understand and improve the world around us. Together, these fields encourage creativity, critical thinking, problem solving skills, and innovation, preparing students for future careers and helping them tackle real-world challenges. We take on a hands-on learning approach in STEM. Hands on is an educational approach that emphasizes active participation and practical experience rather than passive listening or reading. This method allows students to engage directly with materials, tools, and real-world scenarios, making lessons more relevant and memorable. The goal in my classroom is to empower your child to think outside of the box, through encouragement and guidance. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out via email: [email protected]
I reside in Davidson county, with my husband, three children, four dogs, two cats, and partridge in a pear tree! My children keep me busy with their multitude of activities. Between baseball games, volleyball games, cross country and track meets, and church-I'm a little bit of everywhere.
