About Me:

Hi there and welcome to Pre-K! I am Heather Anderson and I am one of the Pre-K teachers here at Southwood Elementary School. I received my Bachelors Degree from Appalachian State University in 2017. While attending there, I studied Child Development: Birth to Kindergarten. This will be my first year teaching at Southwood, but I am very familiar with the early childhood education world.
