If you have a child that will be 5 on or before August 31, 2020, please complete this form. We will be using this information to contact you to schedule an appointment for you to complete your child's kindergarten registration. Please complete this form even if you have already submitted some of the kindergarten paperwork.

Each year, we ask parents to give input about their child's learning style. If you would like to provide us with more information for your child currently in PreK through fourth grade, please complete this form.

School will be closed for the remainder of the school year. We will continue with remote learning and working to continue the learning of our students. As soon as we receive more information we will share it with you.

For any rising 6th grade student interested in participating in Band or Chorus next year at Central Middle School, please see the information regarding both programs.

We will have our next packet pick up. You may pick up your child's packet from 8:00-4:00 on Thursday, April 23. Due to the possibility of rain, please use the side gym door by the office to pick up packets in the gym. You may also drop off the completed packet at this time. If you cannot pick up the packet, we will attempt to deliver the remainder of the packets on Friday, April 24, during meal delivery.
