Summer Nutrition Program begins Monday, July 6 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5:00PM to 6:30 PM at Macedonia United Methodist Church.

Congratulations to Ms. Angelica Yepes who is Southwood's Teacher of the Year AND Davidson County Schools Teacher of the Year!! Congratulations, Ms. Yepes!! We are so proud of you!!

We will have an End of Year Celebration Parade on June 8 from 5:00PM-7:00PM. Students are encouraged to help decorate their vehicle and drive through the car rider line as they see their favorite teacher and say "goodbye" to the 2019-2020 school year!

Our 5th Grade Drive-Thru Graduation Celebration will be June 9 from 5:00PM-7:00PM. 5th Grade Students are encouraged to help decorate their vehicle and drive through the car rider line to pick up their awards as they see their favorite teachers!

* Please remember you must stay in your vehicle during the parade and Drive-Thru Graduation. Thank you for your cooperation! *

Please see below for information about our fifth grade awards drive thru. It will be held on June 9 from 5:00-7:00. Parents are invited to decorate their car and drive thru the car rider line to be given their child's awards and see their teachers. Due to the restrictions by the Governor, students and families cannot get out of their cars. We will also be participating in a parade with the middle and high school on June 8. The details are still in the works and will be shared soon!
